​Danny Anderson

Danny is a Licensed Social Worker (LCSW) with a desire to help adult individuals and couples work through life’s challenges and struggles. Danny spent his first four years of practice helping those with addictions, in a faith-based rehabilitation program to heal from trauma, and manage their anxiety, depression and other problems to make positive changes.

Danny utilizes a trauma-informed, client-centered approach. He is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Writing Exposure Therapy (WET), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for individuals, and has utilized Solution-Focused Brief Therapy for couples and individuals. If you prefer a Biblical approach, Danny is comfortable with Christian counseling as well.

​Finally, if you have experienced a trauma that you need help in healing, yet do not wish to talk about it in deep detail, ART and WET can be utilized to minimize the re-telling of your painful history. Danny creates an environment to help you better understand the barriers between you and the life you want to live.
